Billing for WordPress Personal Annual Subscription

  It says in the upgrade package, the billing will be $5 per month for a total of $60 a year. When I choose to check out, it says pay $60. Does this mean I will be charged $60 immediately?

  Yes you pay for upgrades annually in advance. There are no monthly plans at WordPress.com.
