  question-I have cancelled the auto renewal and I want a refund for $31.13 (twice) appeared on my Visa Mar 29/2013 and a $13.00 refund appear on my Visa bill in February 2013. I can be reached at 780-417-2297 (H) or 780-994-7401 (C).
