billing information

My blog has multiple administrators, we need to update our billing information but my admin account does not have access to any edit/update buttons on the ‘My Upgrades’ page. I can see our current upgrade, but can do anything billing related with it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Only the administrator who purchased the upgrade can manage the upgrade and its billing details. You’ll need to have that admin log in to make that change.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Thanks rachelmcr. I figured that was the case. I’ll keep that in mind as our organization moves forward with using multiple administrator accounts. We need to do a better job of turning over accounts and following a deprovisioning process.
Thankfully, we were able to track down the administrator that made the purchase.

You’re welcome! If at any point you need to move an upgrade from one administrator account to another (so a different administrator in your organization can manage it), WordPress.com staff can also do that for you. We just need the administrator who currently owns the upgrade to contact us and let us know which administrator should own that upgrade instead.
