Billing Issue

Hello,
A year ago, I received a renewal charge of $114 from WordPress. I decided that I did not want to continue my subscription so I logged into my account, changed the plan to free, and took out all of my credit card info. When I log into my account, it says that I am using the free plan (screenshot attached). I got a transaction on my card for $114 today. How is this possible? I was under the impression I had canceled my subscription. Thank you.

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
