    Two issues:
    1- I chose not to renew the premium option because the service was useless. I did however have no problem with the automatic domain renew charge. The renewal was taken almost 4 weeks prior to renewal date which shouldn’t have ever occurred. Thus Word press was paid via PayPal, but that money need to be returned to PayPal because I do not have the premium service.
    2- There are two sites when you look at the dashboard and there should only be one. Why is this like this?

    Renewals are always done 30 days before an upgrade expires. This is explained in the renewal policy you agreed to when you bought an upgrade from us:

    You should also have received an email warning you that a renewal was approaching at least 30 days before the renewal date/60 days before the upgrade expiration date.

    The last payment I see on this account was on 29 January. Is that the payment you’re referring to?

    Those upgrades were never cancelled. Instead, it appears you had filed a chargeback against us for those upgrades, causing them to be removed from your account.

    Had you contacted us to ask for a refund we could have taken care of that for you right away, but if you file a chargeback, the money is frozen pending an investigation, by PayPal in this case, which can take weeks to resolve.

    In this case it appears you cancelled that chargeback on 11 February, but you never contacted us again to ask for a refund after doing that. At this point the upgrade is long past the 30 day refund period, and I have no way of refunding this for you. But I’ll make a request with our billing support team to see if it’s still possible to process a late refund at this point.

    Can you please confirm whether you still want the domain, womenhealingwomeninc.com? Or do you want to cancel and refund that as well?

    Your account owns two sites, yes:

    womenhealingwomeninccom.wordpress.com, created in February 2019, and the site in which you had these upgrades.

    And womenhealingwomeninc.wordpress.com which your account created in May 2016.

    If you want to remove either of these sites from your account, go to My Sites ->Switch Site and select the site you want to remove. Then go to Manage ->Settings and select the Delete Site option at the bottom.
