Billing issues

Hi,
I paid for an upgrade to Premium and see in my bank it has been successfully gone out of my bank to WordPress but not shown in WordPress account as upgraded, nor registering the payment.
Am I missing a step here?

Are you sure you bought the Premium Plan with the account you are logged in to? You can restore access to the account owning that Premium Plan by using the Transaction ID in the Account Recovery Form – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
