    I have closed my account and do not want any kind of subscription renewed nor do I want my credit information saved here. Why am I continuing to be notified?

    I’m not sure where these notifications are originating from. In looking at the account you’ve used here, there’s never been a charge or purchase made to it. The charge that you’re referencing must be under a different user account.

    The email notification should say which site you’re getting billed for. Can you share that information with me here?
