Billing Problem, urgent

    Hi there!

    I renewed my domain name several days ago, but the bill isn’t showing in the billing history yet. It was a late renewal, and the late fee has shown up under billing, but not the cost of renewal. Does it take a while to show up there? Need to know, as this is a blog run by my employers. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Sorry about that! Your receipt should include both the late fee and the renewal, with the total amount you paid. I see that the renewal amount is missing from your receipt — I’m checking with our team about that and I’ll let you know as soon as I get an update. :)

    Hi again! I really need my bill by tomorrow, could you please send confirmation of my renewal payment? We need confirmation for our credit payments, so I need this receipt ASAP. Thanks!!
