Hi, I have been charged £100 by WordPress and I had cancelled by transaction. How do I get this refunded from WordPress?

I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

Hi there, sadly I don’t know the details of the account that created this charge against my bank account. I can provide details of the invoice and the card it was charged against and obviously the name of the account holder etc. Do you have a way that these details can be shared?
