  I am being charged monthly for one of my sites, which I didn’t actually need.
  ‘Harveymedia’ – I have tried to unsubscribe but the site doesn’t actually appear to be live or be subject to a plan? Please could someone contact me to tell me why I am being charged and how to stop it please.

  This typically happens when that Business Plan is connected to another account of yours. Do you have access to that other account if you use the email address the billing is send to? If not, you can restore access to that account by using the Transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/.

  I see that you canceled the monthly Business plan on June 14. So, you won’t be charged again in the future.
