  My credit card was charged $48.00 on 12/3/2018. The credit card company said the credit card transaction was manually entered. What is this charge? I do not have a website and don’t think I do business with your company. Thanks. Chris Devona

  I don’t see any changes made to the account you’re contacting us from. It looks like that this charge is associated with another account.

  If you don’t have access to that other account please provides us with the transaction ID associated with it in the following form and we’ll be able to further assist you.

  Correct. I don’t have an account with WordPress yet you charged my credit card. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company, which has not been able to find a way to contact WordPress.

  Please remove the charge of $48.00 or explain what it is. Credit card trans [redacted].

  Hi there Chris,

  We were able to find the charge on our end.

  It was for this site: devalovie.blog and the charge was on 12/3/2018 by user devalovie.

  It appears that you have been charged the past three years for the personal plan and this particular domain. Are you familiar with this user and blog?

  My credit card company showed me that you charged me once a year for three years. Are you refunding all charges? I have never done business with your company. Thanks. Chris

  I’m sorry but we cannot refund payments from previous years. You can talk to your bank regarding this.
