This is all very confusing???
I receive a receipt – WordPress.com Receipt #19811876
but if I follow the links there is no Purchases, no Credit Card Details, I did NOT received notification of renewal prior to ‘apparent’ Billing – so what is really happening, and no I DO NOT want to renew at this point….

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from – that is why when you follow the links you not see any subscriptions under your account. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

There has been no history of purchases under the account you are contacting us from.
What is the domain that you were charged for? I can take a look into what account it is located under so that we can rectify this issue for you. You most likely didn’t get notification of the impending charges because the email it was sent to was not the one under you account.Thanks!
