Billing twice

  Hi,
  in a recent email you have informed that website catherineludeau.com will be charged $30.00 for the renewal in 3 days, on December 3, 2014.

  But it seems we already paid $30 in October. Please see following details.
  Is it the same bill again?

  You have two upgrades that cost $30. The No Ads upgrade was renewed in October and will expire on December 14, 2015. And the Custom Design upgrade has not been renewed and will expire on December 5, 2014.
