  hello my name is Jessica Malacarne, I have paid for a business account with word press, birthingflower.ca I need to access my site. I am not able to log in, can you please help me. please respond to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there, it’s likely that you need to be logged in with a different account to the one you are using to post here.

  First log out of this account and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in If you have access to the email address associated with that account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.

  If you don’t remember the correct username or the email address and you had email notifications of new comments or feedback on your site, you could try leaving a comment or filling out a contact form on that site and then checking all your active email accounts to see where the email notification goes.

  Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ Since you have a paid WPcom upgrade, you’ll be able to provide the account recovery team with your transaction information.
