Black bar at top of twenty seventeen

Hi. I was just looking at my site from a friends phone and there is a black horizontal line that is at the top of my header picture and remains at the top of the screen, no matter what menu I go to. On my device, it contains a brown icon for signing in, but on everyone else’s, it’s just blank and black. How do I get rid of it?!?!

That’s not supposed to be visible on your site for logged-out visitors. It also should not be showing a Log In icon at all – on a test site with the same theme I’m seeing neither, so I suspect a plugin on your site might be responsible. To confirm we’d have to disable all plugins on your site to find the one responsible.
