  Hello,

  I received an email for Black Friday for 30% off for upgrade,however, when I tried to use it I was unsuccessful.

  Can you tell me why I was unable to use it. Can you enable me to have the 30% off of my upgrade.

  Hello fstat,

  I appreciate the help in providing the discount on my checkout page, however, it’s for the 1 year subscription and I want the 2 year premium which is 180 -54.00. Can you please make the appropriate update and I’ll checkout.
