Blank pages on site

    I updated plugin and my site including admin panel are all blank pages, don’t have acces to the email and FTP account to fix this, is there other way to fix it somehow, don’t have backup so new site would need to do from scratch.

    I’m sorry to hear that! We would love to help, but your site at newyork-krakow.pl is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It uses the WordPress.org software and is hosted by a different hosting service provider.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    You may want to contact your hosting service provider for help. If they refer you to WordPress support, you would want to post on the WordPress.org support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    For future reference, you may consider using Jetpack Backups for your WordPress site. Depending on the plan, you can get realtime backups that will help you in situations like this.
