blank stats, can't edit

I stopped writing on by blog for a few months but went back to see my stats and when I clicked the “my site” button it showed a blank wordpress screen. The notification bell on the side just loads then is blank as well. I can see my old posts but can’t add anything new or see anything else.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That sounds like a browser issue. Make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/.
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Let me know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
