Blocked Domain. Are You joke with me?

I have to transfer a domain to keliweb.it
Unfortunately I can not unlock it in any way.
I tried to change the server name, header but nothing. The transfer procedure always sends me the same error: blocked domain.
I’m losing my head, not so much where to put my hands on.I have followed step by step all the information contained in the following articles:

Hi there,
On 23 May you updated the email address in your domain contact information. As stated on the domain contact page, as well as in the confirmation emails you received from our registrar, changing that information causes a 60-day transfer lock to be applied to the domain, unless you specifically opt out.
The option to opt out was in the confirmation email sent to the old email address.
This 60 day lock is an ICANN regulation and no registrar can remove that lock after a contact change has already been completed. You’ll be able to transfer that domain in another 55 days.
