  HI, hope I can get help,
  I was editing my website in WORDPRESS and I reload the page and my internet went off so I try to reload again and this massage appears

  BLOCKED IP ADDRESS, CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATOR

  But I am the administrator and no one has access to the site
  can someone help me please

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

  yes I am using a open source for it.
  but now I have access to the page, someone helped me to fix it
