Blocked (No Follow Attribute)- Do we need to worry?

  Hello, I have almost 800 pages that has been blocked by google with Blocked (No Follow Attribute) tag. below are some example of the pages. the last folder after the product is somehow added which I am unaware of .do we need to do anything about these kinds of pages or it can be safely ignored?
  Can we block them on robots.txt? if yes how to block them as i have more an 800 pages like these.

  It sounds like this could be caused by a plugin.
