    I need access to my account, it says it doesn’t exist, my site has been down for months and I have been paying for it and that is not fair

    We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but according to https://hostingchecker.com/ is hosted by Google. That domain is even in no way connected to wordpress.com.

    According to the error I see, your site is having problems with the ninja forms plugin. You must contact their support to solve this problem yourself.
