Blocking a follower

    Another site has opted to follow my blog, but that site is explicitly pornographic. How do I bar that entity from following me? I’m not interested in someone accidentally accessing that site from mine.

    Hi there,

    It wouldn’t be possible to block a follower as it your blog is public. Even if I were to remove this follower, they could still view your blog by going to your site URL. However, that being said pornography is not allowed on WordPress.com. If you could provide me the .wordpress.com link I’d be happy to take another look.

    In order to control who can view your blog, please set it to Private by going to Settings > Reading in your Dashboard. Then you can send an email invitation just to the followers that you want to view your site.
