blocking website IP problem?

  Hello i have a problem, i put 3 times wrong password and now i changed through the website not admin site but too late and my website was already blocked from my ip adres and it is still blocked after 2 days and I dont know what to do :( website is blocking my router because i can open it on both my computer and phone. Help please.. :)
