  I hate blocks! And when I tried to install the classic editor, it will not let me unless I upgrade; you may not care, but if this is not fixed I will move my blog elsewhere; either ditch blocks or allow me to install the classic editor. Thanks.

  If you talking about https://denster57.wordpress.com/ then you don’t need to upgrade to use the Classic editor. (The classic editor plugin is only for sites using the WordPress.org software). The Classic editor is still right there in your dashboard. When you’re working on a post you can click the three dots top right and scroll down to “switch to classic editor”. And that site should be old enough to still have the wp-admin link bottom left of the “My sites” menu too.
