  How can I add more posts to my blog without it stating featured at the top?
  I just want to list a bunch of previews for my blog posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Those first two posts are marked as featured because you have them set as sticky on your site. Making a post sticky will cause it to always appear at the top, even if there are newer posts published, and with some themes that also indicates to the theme to highlight the posts as featured.

  To remove that, simply un-stick the posts.

  Control Who Can See a Page or Post

  But I notice something else: You currently have your front page set to private. Your site will not work properly if you do that, so please edit that page and set it to public.

  Your entire site is already private, so for now only you and WordPress.com staff like me can see your site. Setting an individual post or page as private does something different, and essentially means that page only exists for an admin on the site. That causes it to not work properly if set as the site’s front page.
