  How do I create a blog without a website please?

  Hi there! Basically you’ll want to add some posts:
  https://wordpress.com/post

  Then, configure your site to display those.

  You could use a Blog Posts block, and just add it to the page of your choice:
  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/blog-posts-block/

  Or you can use the Customizer to display all posts on a single page (or on the front page of your site if you prefer). Here’s how:
  https://wordpress.com/support/pages/front-page/#3-create-a-blog-page-optional
