  We had a blog through godaddy.com. I followed the steps and paid the $13 to move to word press. My blog address is bacchusblack.nwsmichigan.com. However, once I logged into my word press account, the address came up as bacchusblackdotnwsmichigandotcom. Help!

  It looks like you are trying to add the subdomain: bacchusblack.nwsmichigan.com. Please view the guide below to add the CNAME:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/

  The address: bacchusblackdotnwsmichigandotcom.wordpress.com is the WordPress.com address, but once the subdomain is up and running your site will be seen at bacchusblack.nwsmichigan.com. Even if readers go to bacchusblackdotnwsmichigandotcom.wordpress.com they will be automatically redirected to: bacchusblack.nwsmichigan.com.
