blog administrator/owner shut out and confused

    I keep getting messages about two blogs that are YEARS old and basically defunct, but the webpage these messages are attached to is a much more recent blog that I created several years later [in 2015] The username no longer works as the email I was using is also old news…..no longer working there.
    Now the second part of the problem [ my inability to access my own/new blog] may be that I paid more to have that blog go from snljourneysjournal.wordpress.com to snljourneysjournal.blog
    If anyone has any tips or advice, I would be grateful. I would be even more grateful for a person to talk to – to explain this to me and direct me as to how to rectify it. While I have limped along with the blog, I am not a tech-whiz by any stretch of the imagination

    I’m not clear on what you’re asking.

    Are you saying you’re trying to access the site at snljourneysjournal.blog?

    If you no longer have access to the email address you’d used for that account, the only other way we can give you access is if you verify your ownership of the site via our account recovery process:
