Blog Appearance

    Hi,

    On my blog homepage, I would like to set it so that so only my newest blog is in full view mode, with all other subsequent blogs being either thumbnailed or a shortened summary-type view. Essentially so my readers can easily scroll down through all the blogs they wish.

    If the above doesn’t make sense i’m happy to Live Chat.

    Hi there,

    The only way to do this is to set your theme to display full posts on the front page (if your theme has an automatic excerpt option), and then use the More block to limit the content that displays for older posts on your site.

    In other word, you’ll publish your posts without the More block, but then each time you publish a new post, you’ll go back and edit the previous post to add the more block, changing that post to an excerpt view.
