blog archive as very simple list?

I’m looking for a quick way to create a simple list, just text hyperlinks, for all blogs on a site? This isn’t to replace what is already available, but to add this as an option for people who want to access a list of blogs in this way. I’d rather not have to manually create and update this if possible!
I’m not very familiar with blocks in wordpress yet, but I looked through the various options and couldn’t see this?
Ideally just name of blog as a link, with date published/updated. No groupings, no images, not lots of spaces, literally just a list. (Really ideally, I’d be able to do this and toggle the summary of the blog on/off too.)
This is all to provide additional accessibility options to readers, so if you know of anything else along these lines, please let me know.

Yes this is an option using the “Display Posts” shortcode, which is a little snipped of code you can add to the Shortcode Block to display a simple list of blog posts:
