Blog availability very poor for 2nd day in row

  My 2 blogs are not available or very unstable for the second day in row on IE and Chrome. I did all the suggestions made by WordPress (clearing cache + coookies etc.) What can be the problem?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
