BLOG COMMENTS NOT BEING ACCEPTED

    Firstly, I am new to computing and blogs. I simply do not understand a lot of things, so when a problem occurs, it’s very difficult for me to make things clear and get information that helps me. I read the Catholic Truth Scotland blog occasionally, and I sometimes post a comment. This last week, I have not been able to get my comments posted. I’m told…’your comment cannot be posted’. Now, I haven’t a clue why that should be. None of the technical terms used for computing will mean anything whatsoever to me folks!

    What is the URL of that blog please? Without an active link starting with http:// we cannot help you.

    That is a WordPress.org install; it is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog like yours. It is not a part of the WordPress.com community.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click this link http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
