Blog disappeard

    Hi, My organization’s blog has disappeared completely and I can no longer log in. We were trying to map the blog to our business plan we just purchased. My org mapped the custom domain of our organization to the WP account but when this happened the blog disappeared. I urgently need help restoring it!

    The site I need help with is africaupclose.wilsoncenter.org/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    I do see a Business Plan under a different account this subdomain was mapped to, and then canceled.

    You can map it again by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-subdomain/ but you will need to be logged in under an account which has access to the site, not the account you’re currently logged in as.
