This thread is dated August 5th and that’s today. Please patiently wait your turn while we deal with threads posted by bloggers who posted days before you did. Bumping a thread simply moves the time stamp forward which means it takes longer to get help.

Hi there,
From what you describe, it sounds like there is an issue with your connection to our servers that is preventing the blogs from fully loading. I’d be happy to work with you to sort out what’s going on.
Could you please open the three links below and let me know if you have any trouble or see an error message? A screenshot of each page would be very useful:
You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service such as Snaggy.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this!

Thanks for providing those screenshots. What you are seeing on those pages are Google’s cached (saved) versions of the sites. Google often caches basic HTML versions of websites, but that isn’t the full version of the site.
Can you try clicking directly on the links below or pasting them into your web browser’s address bar (not into Google) and see if they load properly?
You can send screenshots of what you see if they still don’t load properly. You might also want to try clicking directly on this link to your blog or pasting it into your web browser’s address bar to see what comes up:

Thanks!

Each of the three links has the same error page http://snag.gy/TFfrH.jpg
The blog at the moment looks like this : http://snag.gy/Bz9qk.jpg -
Thank you for those additional screenshots. Since those three pages wouldn’t load, there is a connection issue here. Can you please check to make sure any firewall or third-party security software on your computer is disabled?
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, we can use a traceroute between your computer and our servers to find out where the connection is being lost.
To get a traceroute in Windows, you can follow these steps:
- Press Start (+ Run if on Windows XP)
- Type CMD and press Enter
- In the window that will open, type:
tracert s0.wp.com
It may pause while running the traceroute, so please wait for it to say that it is completed. Once it finishes, please copy the full output of that command, and paste it in your reply.

Thanks for letting me know those results. Can you please contact your internet service provider and provide them with this information? Please ask them if they are blocking access to WordPress.com for some reason.
Please let me know what they tell you, and we can continue from there. Thanks!

They say that they do not block wordpress, and they really don’t know why I couldn’t access it, could it be something locally on my computer, like in my browser?

Oops, Sorry, I fixed it.I just had to reset the modem, all is working fine now. Thanks for your help though!

I’m so glad it’s working for you now! :) Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
