Blog Entry Cover Photo

  The photo gallery settings have changed drastically. It used to be that I could upload the pictures in whatever order and then pick the photo that was the blog entry header on my home page. However, that function seems to be gone? I have deleted and recreated my gallery several times in an attempt to change the featured image on my home page but it’s still the awkward photo that I don’t want up there! Help! How can I change my featured image??

  The link to set a post’s featured image is still there, but have you tried setting the image in the Featured Image module? If you don’t see it in the Post Editor, make sure the check box for Featured Image is marked in the screen options tab, which you can find in the upper right corner of your Post Editor Screen. http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/
