Blog expired but can’t renew!

    I’ve got a notification to say our domain has expired.

    It says though that it can only be changed by ZofiaRozalska, who has since left the organisation.

    Would it be possible to change it to my name so I can renew it?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Would it be possible to change it to my name so I can renew it?

    So the domain owner left the organization and allowed the domain to enter redemption? That’s a sticky situation.

    If they’re willing to cooperate with you, the easiest option by far is to log into the owner account first, update the account email, get the domain redeemed (support will need to help, so contact us here when you’re logged into the right account), and then transfer ownership to the correct user. Do you think they’d be willing?
