    Can people who do not have WordPress accounts still follow me? I have some people I want to share my blog with, but I do not believe they have WordPress accounts.

    Hi there,

    A WordPress.com account is not required to follow a public WordPress.com site, no. The action bar that appears bottom right on all WordPress.com sites has a follow button that will allow people to follow the site via email if they don’t have an account, and you can add the follow blog widget to the site as well to make it easy for people to subscribe via email.

    That said, you don’t appear to have a WordPress.com site in this account at all. If you have a site using the self-hosted WordPress software, you can add that widget by installing the Jetpack plugin on your site and then connecting that plugin to your WordPress.com account.
