Blog is broken. Cannot log-in or edit…

  I’m trying to edit my brothers blog. I changed the URL in the settings and now the blog cannot be found. I thought that I was able to change it back, but it didn’t work. This is the address: http://www.drfidelibus.com/blog/wp-login.php

  I can no longer log-in to edit it.

  Can you help me restore it? Please advise…..
