Blog is posting to facebook under the name of one of my different blogs!

  Hi..

  I’ve set up the sharing service from my
  mentorstrainingprogram.wordpress.com blog. However, when it posts to my Facebook it posts under the heading/url of another blog, which I have hidden because I’m not using it right now: quoleshnazenean.wordpress.com.

  Why is this happening? How do I fix it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Thanks for reporting that! I’m checking with our developers now to find out why that’s happening, but for now there’s one way to change what blog shows up when it posts to Facebook. In your account settings, next to web address, you can change the address there to http://mentorstrainingprogram.wordpress.com/

  You might need to disconnect and reconnect Facebook after you make that change, but then that blog should appear when your posts are publicized on Facebook.

  It’s still doing it. I changed it. Posted and it posted in Facebook the same way. I logged out and logged in to ensure the change remained. Then I posted again and got the same results.

  It doesn’t seem to post to LinkedIn with any problem, if that info helps.

  Thanks for letting me know — sorry it’s still giving you trouble! Can you try going to your sharing settings (under Settings > Sharing in your blog’s dashboard), removing the connection to Facebook, and then reconnecting it?

  Please let me know if that makes a difference for you. :)
