  How and can you set up a members only blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can set up a private blog for up to 35 users of your choice free of charge. There’s also a paid and annually renewable upgrade for unlimited private users.

  If that’s not what you mean then see Discussion settings

  Users must be registered and logged in to comment – If this box is checked, only logged in WordPress.com users will be allowed to leave comments. If it is not checked, any visitor can leave a comment.
