blog menu is missing a category and the image should be says placesaver

I’m using WordPress 7.0 with Elementor and the Ascend theme. A category “storyteller” is listed in the dashboard .> posts.->categories. All the other categories have a pink button on the top of the blog. There is no button for storyteller – yes there is one.
Under the menu are photos of the various artists – different categories. Instead of a photo the spot for storyteller just says “Placeholder.”
This website is a combination of the old style block editor and elementor. Thank you for any suggestions.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The page is https://www.northwestjewishartists.org/artists/ . If you go there with this link you’ll see the pink category buttons at the top of the block. But, if you go to https://www.northwestjewishartists.org/ and select ARTIST from the top menu it will take you to the same page but now you will not see the category menu or the entry for the storyteller is not there. There is no placeholder – it disappears.

Hi there, since your site is not hosted here on WordPress.com, the hosting provider and whose forums these are, there’s little we can do to help solve this.
Your best bet would be to contact the Elementor Support folks or the theme author directly for assistance. https://elementor.com/help/
