Blog name

  I’m trying to create a blog but the name takkiauki is already taken. I’m wondering if it is me having it or is it really somebody else. This because I was using name ‘takkiauki’ as a wordpress blog before, under our organizations’ server http://some.lappia.fi/blogs/takkiauki/ and there it was working. But recently I asked admin to take that blogname off, because I wanted to create same blog but under wordpress.com.

  Is there any way I could find out if the blogname ‘takkiauki’ is possible to get as wordpress.com name?

  https://takkiauki.wordpress.com/ has been deleted, and deleted website addresses can not be recycled. See the Recycling Blog Addresses support page.

  Hi everyone,

  Does anybody know if it is all right to use a blog name which already exists for a company?

  For example my blog is called inspired traveller but I noticed that there are other businesses (not in Europe though) which have used the same name.

  Is that ok if I keep this name for my blog?
