  Hi,
  I set up a blog on wordpress three years ago, wrote one post and stopped. Now I want to start blogging again under a different blog name but want to know how to change my name without deleting the account or I can’t start a new blog for thirty days.

  Hi there,

  You can change your username at any time from account settings:

  Change Your Username

  You can also just change your public display name, i.e. the name that other people will see, without changing the username you use to log in.

  You can change the address of your existing site:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  And you can create a new site in your account while deleting or keeping the original address – you can have as many different sites in the same account as you want.
