Blog name didn't change after changing url address

  I changed my blog address and chose the option to change my user name to match my blog, but my blog name stayed the same. Now I have new address of my blog, but old name. What did I miss? How to update my blog name?
  My user name had changed, blog address also, but blog name didn’t.

  You change the blog title on the Settings->General page. Remember to scroll down and save changes.

  It won’t change on the dashboard for some hours or days.

  Dashboard. All changes relating to a blog take place on the dashboard of that blog.
