Blog Name has changed !

  My Blog name has changed
  In Dashboard in the My Blogs / Blog Name it has the Name (Twoscamps). I did not choose this name and have no idea how it got there ??

  This name(Twoscamps) does not appear in dashboard settings General menu my site title is brooklyn bystander !!
  would appreciate if anyone knows why or how this would happen
