Blog no longer available, want to use the address, how?

  Does anyone know how I can get WP to release a blog address for a blog that is no longer available? I have checked it and according to WP the author deleted the blog, and I want the address. Since I won’t give WP any of my $$ right now I am not worthy of their assistance…any helpful info would be great since the support site was a waste of time.

  WordPress.COM does not recycle blog names even to the original owner. You will need to find a different name. Once a name it deleted it is gone forever.

  WP doesn’t release deleted URLs, ever. We get this question multiple times a day and the answer hasn’t changed in seven years.

  Just one more reason I hate wordpress. So not user friendly. What is the point of not releasing it? It’s not being used…seems like a waste of a letter…that’s all I want…the use of one flippin letter.
