blog not displaying – error message

  my blog just displays: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/rodhar3/savingmummy.com.au/wp-content/themes/twentytwelve/functions.php on line 452”

  Please HELP!! I need it to be online ASAP!!

  How do I fix it!!
