blog not emailed to followers

  I wrote two blogs this morning. One was delivered, one was not. Both were posted. I checked my settings and enabled Jabber, which was not previously enabled, but it didn’t help.
  One post was under 500 words, the other over 1,000 words. Is there a post limit? Why would the larger post not be sent? Thanks, Debbie

  Update: the post appeared…5 hours after posting. I have no idea why it was delayed.
  Now I need to disable Jabber and cannot find me way to the page with that option…Help! Debbie

  Do you mean delivered by e-mail? Make sure your default email delivery is set to ‘instant’ at https://wordpress.com/settings/notifications/

  Jabber is enabled by default. If you use a Jabber client you can remove the connection from there. More information about Jabber can be found at https://wordpress.com/jabber
