Blog not working properly – can you reinstall al the files on your server?

  One of my blogs is not working properly, while other one is fine. I think it might be some instalation problem on your server.
  I just can’t change antyhing, theme or post, dashboard is not working properly.
  Can you install all the files for this blog again on your servers ? Because there was some troubles while i was setting it up (on your website). My other blog is working just fine so i guess it might be crashed instalation on the first one.
